Ayako Gotokuji is the beautiful and intelligent mayor of Goatham City. At the request of a secret victim， she becomes La Madame and works secretly as a troubleshooter. One day， Ayako receives a request from a man named Saruwa to avenge the murder of his younger brother by a shadowy organization called the Anti-Dogs.
